How do you differentiate a product as generic as empty space? By focusing on what your customers put inside that space.

 

We spoke to people from the point of view of their own possessions, positioning InStorage Self Storage as the one company that cared about the same thing its customers did.

 

With the tag line “where your stuff wants to be” and a playful personality expressed by the possessions themselves, we had an idea versatile enough to work online, in the storage facilities and in print, outdoor and collateral pieces. After all, who can forget a talking lamp?
